A £100 retainer fee is required. This will be refunded once four week written notice of leaving is given to management. Four weeks written notice period of leaving is required for management to vacate your child’s place. If no notice is given then the retainer fee is forfeited.
Fees are payable on the first day of attendance. Fees can be paid via standing order, BACS, Card, Cash or Cheque.
If fees are missed for a period of two weeks or more then the nursery has the right to exclude your child from the premises until full payment has been made. If the full payment is not received the debt will be passed on to a debt recovery agency who also charge interest.
All holidays are paid for in full including Bank and Public Holidays. If we have to close due to severe weather conditions, fees are still payable.
The nursery will close at 2.00pm on Christmas Eve and New years Eve.
If your child is poorly, full fees are still required. A doctors note may be required by Little Explorers depending on the nature of illness before your child can return to the nursery. Little Explorers reserves the right to exclude any child in the event of illness or infection.
A child will not be permitted to go home with any persons other than the parent/ carer who normally collects him/her unless by prior notice has been given and a collection log has been completed.
Parents are required to provide adequate amounts of nappies and wipes and spare clothes for your child whilst attending Little Explorers.
Parents are asked to provide sun cream (factor 30 or above) and a sun hat for their child during the summer months and adequate clothing such as wellies and water proofs during the Winter months.
Any allergies, dietary requirements and medication must be detailed on your child’s registration form. A medication form must be completed by the practitioner and signed by the parent before any medicine can be administered. Please note that only prescribed medication will be administered to any children. Nursery will have emergency Calpol/ paracetamol on site if needed.
This nursery supports the “Zero Tolerance” campaign and will not accept any verbal or physical abuse towards our Practitioners and Management team.
Any reported incidents will result in the offending person being removed from the nursery setting.
All children must be off the premises by 6pm prompt to avoid a late charge of £5 per every 5 minutes.
